These are several black stoneware vessels made with a reactive copper glaze, fired to 1240°C in an oxidation atmosphere. The markings across the pots are based on various iconographic neolithic and mesolithic patterns seen largely across rock art from the British Isles, Ireland and northwestern Europe.
